Turmeric juice is a great way to enjoy the flavor and several benefits of fresh turmeric! We'll show you how to create turmeric juice with a variety of kitchen gadgets, so you may join us and enjoy the brilliant orange mixture!

How To Make Turmeric Juice

The recipe itself takes about 15–20 minutes to prepare and requires only a few ingredients. Easy peasy turmeric squeezy!

You can produce turmeric juice with a high-powered blender, juicer, or even a bullet mixer. When we create a single batch, we normally combine things in our bullet mixer.

Here's all you'll need:
  • About 3–4-inch pieces of unpeeled turmeric (about 75 grams)
  • 2 fresh ginger or one tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juice (approx. 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 small orange, 3-4 mandarins or citrus fruits
  • 1 1/4 cup water is optional
  • Two tablespoons of honey or another sweetener
  • Optional Freshly cracked black pepper.

We'll peel the turmeric and ginger before blending them into juice; we taste tested it both ways (peeled and unpeeled) and didn't notice any difference. However, because turmeric and ginger grow underground, they can leave a large quantity of dirt deposit on the skin.

If you decide not to peel them to save time, make sure to properly wash and scrub them to remove any dirt or debris.

  • Cut out all of the little nubs and knots to get semi-straight, smooth sections.
  • Trim the bushy base of the root off.
  • Scrape the thin, papery skin off with a spoon, moving it circularly across the pieces.

After peeling the turmeric and ginger, simply combine them with the remaining components in your blender or juicer!

If you use a juicer to create this recipe: Prep and juice your ingredients, then combine honey and black pepper with 1 cup wine and add to your final juice.

Blend all of the ingredients, including the honey and black pepper, until smooth. To strain and remove the solid pulp, run through a nut milk bag or fine grain cheesecloth.
